The Solo System is a 30 day weight loss manual that is targeted to increase your mental and physical fitness levels. Inside, you will find 20 cardio based workout sessions ranging for 30-60 minutes that I’ve used many times to assist my students in dropping 10 pounds within 30 days.

Accompanying the manual, I’ve also included the grocery list/meal plan that is heavily suggested for your caloric intake success. Also, the workouts can be performed inside or outside of the gym. Each manual comes with a jump rope and exercise band to add another dimension to your training experience.
